Jacob Stein, MD, MPH
Megan Huchko,PhD

November 12 • 12:00 – 1:00 PM EST

Drs. The presenters will describe the development of two prognostic models to determine who is at highest risk for ending up in the ER or hospital, the limitations of prior approaches to this problem, the lessons learned from their research efforts, and the next steps in the field to get from prediction to action.
