Melissa Holt, DNP, PMHNP-BC and Lisa Kanser, PsyD discuss Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidence-based psychotherapeutic approach that can effectively teach patients skills to manage these challenges after completing cancer treatment.
