Webinar InformationWebinar Description Sarah Kowitt, PhD, researches how to prevent and reduce tobacco and cannabis use, particularly among youth and young adults. She currently co-leads a project in an NIH-funded center grant on tobacco regulatory science, examining the impact of vaping prevention video ads among youth and young adults. She also leads an NIH-funded career development award to develop and evaluate messages to reduce dual/poly tobacco use among youth and young adults. In this webinar, Dr. Kowitt will present information on vaping, including prevalence, effects, current guidelines from national organizations on cessation and harm reduction, and best practices for communicating about e-cigarettes.
