Course InformationCourse Description Allison Lazard, PhD, investigates how to best design health communication to deliver critical information and cancer support. She is currently leading and collaborating on interdisciplinary efforts to improve cancer support on social media – by sharing the good and reducing the bad. Dr. Lazard shares her evidence-based communication science for the benefits and challenges of using social media for cancer support and strategies to reduce the harm of inaccurate cancer claims on social media.
