Karen Kimel-Scott, MD describes guidelines for cervical cancer screening and the rationale for risk-based screening, including epidemiology and how to manage results

Learning Objectives

• Describe cervical cancer screening guideline recommendations
• Discuss the rationale for the guidelines
• Describe tests for Cervical Cancer Screening
• Discuss interpretation of the test results

Learning Outcome

• Participants will score 80% or higher on the post activity assessment, demonstrating understanding of current cervical cancer screening guidelines and rationale.
