Find Cancer Grand Rounds

  1. Hover over the menu for Series
  2. Click on the menu link LCCC Cancer Grand Rounds.
  3. Click on the image or link for the desired grand rounds.
  4. The grand rounds will open in a new window.

Viewing the grand rounds via WebEx or Zoom

  1. Click on the link for WebEx or Zoom.
  2. Follow the directions provided by WebEx or Zoom.
  3. After the grand rounds is over, return to the course page.

Claim Credit Option 1: Using the Learning Portal to claim credit (has fewer questions):

Course Page

  1. Click the button Take Course.
  2. If the button Take Course is missing, double-check that you have an account and are logged in.

Continuing Education Requirements

  1. The new page displays the course requirements. 
  2. Click on the button Start course.
  3. Click Link Join the Webinar to Access Zoom
  4. On the day of the webinar, click on the link Join the webinar. 
  5. After the webinar is over, click the button Next.

Attendance

  1. If you receive a notice requesting an attendance code, we either haven't marked you attended yet or we do not have an indication of attendance.
  2. UNCLCN will mark your attendance for you based on WebEx/Zoom use or in-room sign-in sheet as soon as we have that information.
  3. Once your attendance has been marked, you will not see a notice requesting an attendance code. 

Evaluation (required for all credit types)

  1. Fill out the evaluation and click the button Submit. 
  2. Click the button Next. 

ABIM MOC Part 2 Questions

  1. Answer the questions only if you want ABIM MOC Part 2 credit).
  2. Click the button Next.

Indicate Preferred Type of CE Credit

  1. Select the type of accreditation you wish to claim.
  2. Click the button Next.

Download Your Certificate

  1. On the Course Complete screen, click on the link Download Certificate.
  2. Your CE certificate will appear in your device’s Downloads folder.

Claim Credit Option 2: Using Qualtrics to claim credit (has more questions):

  1. Click on either one of the two options:
    1. Claim CME Credit and/or Participation Certificate in Qualtrics
    2. Claim CME and ABIM MOC Part 2 Credit in Qualtrics

  1. Fill out the evaluation.
  2. Click the arrow to submit.

  2. If you select a participation certificate, we will email it to you.
