For Physicians seeking MOC Credit

If an activity qualifies for MOC Part II credit, it will be specifically stated. MOC credit is not automatically awarded. Physicians who may be awarded MOC Part II credit for specific CME activities that are recognized for MOC credit MUST include their Board ID (and Date of Birth) below.

By submitting the following information, you authorize the UNC School of Medicine to share your CME/CE completion data (such as name, board ID number, and date of birth MM/DD) with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and for reporting to certifying and licensing boards, as applicable.
