The purpose of this Webinar is to explain the role of specialty pharmacies. We will discuss accreditation requirements for specialty pharmacies, process to determine which medications are considered specialty and specifically the benefits of a healthcare system specialty pharmacy.

  • Define the role that specialty pharmacy plays in patient-centered care on patient outcomes.
  • Describe the key players and services offered by specialty pharmacists.
  • Discuss challenges and future trends in specialty pharmacy.
