Non-Credit Course Sarcoma Management in North Carolina: Updates for 2023 - SPOC Research to Practice Mark Woodcock gives a broad overview of the multidisciplinary approaches for the treatment of soft tissue sarcomas in adults, and detailed updates in management with systemic therapies. Non-Credit Course Lymphoma Management in North Carolina: Updates for 2023 - SPOC Research to Practice Natalie Grover, MD, will review some of the recent advances in the treatment of lymphoma, including the incorporation of novel targeted agents in the frontline treatment of diffuse large B cell lymphoma and Hodgkin lymphoma, the use of CAR-T cell therapy in second-line treatment in diffuse large B cell lymphoma, and recently approved drugs by the FDA for lymphoma. 1.00 Participation	Non-Credit Course Overview of Clinical Trials for the APP - SPOC Advanced Practice Provider Clarissa Urban, PA-C, will cover the basics of clinical trials for an APP. She will highlight the different phases of trials, the clinical trial team, and documents pertaining to trials. In addition, she will focus on phase 1 clinical trials along with diversity in trial participation. 1.00 Participation	Non-Credit Course Evaluation and Treatment of Extravasation Injuries from Chemotherapeutic Agents - SPOC Advanced Practice Provider Robyn Tolley, AGPCNP-BC, will identify cytotoxic vesicant and irritant drugs, evaluation of infiltration and extravasation, recommended non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic treatments, and when care should be advanced to involve plastic surgery.
