1 Access Data
- Log in to the Learning Portal as an admin
- In the upper right corner of the browser, click on Manage
- In the left hand menu, click on Course Reports
- In the left hand menu, click on the second instance of Course Reports
- In the upper part of the window, limit the data to the last couple of weeks
- Scroll to the bottom of the window and click on the icon for downloading data
2 Manipulate the Data in Course Report File
- Go to your downloads folder
- Open the .csv file and save as an .xlsx file to preserve formatting changes in case something happens while you’re working
- Select the data cells
- In the menu bar, click on Format as Table
- Find the column header for Credit Type
- To the right of the Credit Type header, click on the filter icon
- Select only:
- ACPE Pharmacist
- ACPE Pharmacy Tech
- Find the column header for Date Completed
- To the right of the Date Completed header, click on the filter icon
- In the filter search bar, type the year and month for the data desired
- Format year and month as 2024/12
- Find the column header for Course
- To the right of the Course header, click on the filter icon
- Deselect the titles for live webinars
3 Find the ACPE Reporting Excel Files
- Open the webinar data in either OneDrive or SharePoint
- Open the folder Communication Material
- Open the folder Accreditation
- Open the folder ACPE with CIPhER
- Open the folder SPOC Home Study Reports
- Open the folder YYYY SPOC Reports
- Locate the file 2025 ## ## UNCLCN ACPE SPOC CE Credit.xlsx
- Duplicate the this file
- Rename the file to todays date (and delete “copy” at the end of the file name)
- Open this new .xlsx file
4 Copy Data from Course Report file to ACPE Reporting File
- For the relevant individuals, copy their information from the Course Report file to the UNCLCN ACPE SPOC CE Credit file
- Column G: First name —> Column A: First Name
- Column H: Last name —> Column B: Last Name
- Column F: E-mail —> Column C: Email Address
- Column AA: ASRT or ACPE ID Number —> Column E: NABP eProfile ID Number
- Column AC: Date of Birth —> Column F: Date of Birth
- Column N: Credit type —> Column G: ACPE_UAN
- Column L: Date Completed —> Column H: Date Earned
- Column B: Course —> Column I: Home Study
5 Reformatt Data in ACPE Reporting File
- Every instance of Column D: Action should contain the letter I
- The dates in Column H: Date Earned should be formatted as MM/DD/YY
6 Acquire Home Study Codes
- Open the Learning Portal
- In the upper right corner of the browser, click on Manage
- In the left hand menu, click on EthosCE Admin
- In the left hand menu, click on the second instance of Manage Content
- For the first entry in Column I: Home Study, copy the course title
- In the Learning Portal, past the course title in Title Contains
- Click on the green button Apply
- If multiple titles appear, determine which one is for the SPOC version of the course
- Control Click (Mac) or Right Click (PC) on the course title and click on Open
- in New Tab (or Open in New Window)
- In the course’s menu bar, click on Edit
- In the lowest menu bar, click on Course settings
- In the left hand menu bar, click on Course credit
- If the attendee is a pharmacist, click on ACPE Pharmacist
- If the attendee is a pharmacy tech, click on ACPE Pharmacy Tech
- Select the code and copy it
- In the UNCLCN ACPE SPOC CE Credit file, past the code into Column I: Home Study
- Repeat these steps for each attendee
7 Submit the ACPE Reporting File
- Save the UNCLCN ACPE SPOC CE Credit file to preserve the data and formatting
- Save As the UNCLCN ACPE SPOC CE Credit file as a .csv file
- Open the One Drive/SharePoint folder SPOC Home Study Reports
- If there is missing data (ACPE ID Number or Birthdate) for any of the attendees, use the .docx file 00 ACPE NABP Request to get that data from the attendee(s)
- Once you have all of necessary information for these attendees, use the .docx file 00 ACPE CIPhER Email to send the .csv file to Barbara Bell at CIPhER
