Oliver and Jon work together on every class as it’s difficult to help the presenters and help the students at the same time.

Jon handles the exams alone.

Help instructors with Zoom as they usually have questions or problems, including:
•    view their PPT files or
•    show the PPT slides for instructors
•    help instructors with Zoom poll questions
•    promote students to panelist

Jon’s Tasks

Work with the course organizers

Set the course up in EthosCE

Set the course up in Zoom

Set the course up in Outlook calendar
•    include organizers and presenters

Add the presenters into Zoom as Panelists so they receive their invites

Help the students get into the course as there are often some problems

Promote students to panelists
