A round table discussion with experts in head and neck surgery, radiation oncology, and medical oncology to review major topics for patients with head and neck cancers. Wendell Yarbrough, MD, MMHC, FACS, Siddharth Sheth, DO, MPH, and Colette J. Shen, MD, PhD, will highlight the importance of personalized medicine and multi-disciplinary care with Jared Weiss, MD, as moderator.

Learning Objectives

  • Distinguish differences in types of head and neck cancer and subtypes of HPV-associated head and neck cancer
  • Recognize key management strategies, including neoadjuvant therapy, for head and neck cancer
  • Describe how treatment morbidity can be decreased
  • Recognize challenges for optimal management of head and neck cancer patients
