The Evidence Base for Integrative Approaches to Cancer Care
Integrative Medicine incorporates multiple approaches to healing and involves collaboration between conventional and complementary medicine practitioners. It offers a personal approach to health by combining complementary therapies that have been proven safe and effective with conventional medical approaches. This lecture will focus on the evidence that supports the use of these approaches in caring for patients experiencing cancer.
