User is unable to register for a course
- If the user does not see the “Take course” button, check to see if they are logged in.
- If the user is logged in and sees the “Take course” button, but they are prompted to update their profile, check their profile.
- Double-check all red star items in the profile. If needed, work with the user to get this information
- In most cases, the person registered using an SSO and the only thing that needs to be updated is the E-mail Address
