Problem: A learner is receiving a 'You are not authorized to access this page' message when trying to access a course object.

Once a user has registered for a course, we CANNOT change anything that is shared across multiple courses. This includes the following:

• Enrollments
• Course objects (course objects that are NOT shared are okay)
