Rhoades, MD, MPH, the Director of the Native American Center for Cancer Health Excellence at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, discusses building collaborative partnerships between the cancer center’s clinical and research communities with Oklahoma Tribal Nations and health organizations. To date, cancer center affiliated researchers have collaborated with 29 Tribal Nations and organizations across 45 extramural awards that support research, education, and outreach initiatives.
