Kaitlin Morrison, PhD takes you through the business principles of critical paths, PERT charts and Gantt charts and how they can be used to streamline clinical trial activation.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand what a critical path is
  • Learn about how critical path identification can help speed up clinical trial activation
  • Learn about the concept of slack for tasks not on the critical path.
